Verdict

Not as competitive as the numbers suggest and JO'S RAINBOW, a fair winner on the Flat, is fancied to take a step forward now stepping into handicaps and gain a first success in this sphere. Mary took a step back in the right direction when fourth at Worcester and could emerge as the main danger off a falling mark, although the lightly-raced Harry Gulliver is another who needs considering along with the returning Call Blue.
