Verdict

SCARLET ANGEL did well to finish as close as she did when runner-up in a handicap at Bellewstown last month, leaving the strong impression that her turn is near. The Ger Lyons-trained filly is taken to go one better here, in the hope that she takes to this surface. Inchiquin Star has been knocking on the door in handicaps and should have a big part to play back in maiden company, while Karakoul and Lord Abama are others to consider.

  1. SCARLET ANGEL (USA)
  2. INCHIQUIN STAR (IRE)
  3. KARAKOUL (IRE)
