Verdict

BLACKCURRENT failed to fire at Ripon when last seen in June, but it would be no surprise were he to bounce back following a break and the 6-y-o could be worth siding with in what looks a wide-open contest. The Tron has been knocking on the door of late and should again figure prominently, while multiple C&D winner Brandy Station is another who could have a say if on-song.

  1. BLACKCURRENT
  2. THE TRON
  3. BRANDY STATION (IRE)
