Verdict

DESERT LIME probably would have won with better luck at Lingfield on Saturday and can gain compensation. It's a competitive handicap though. Ubahha (also engaged 5.30 Newcastle Tuesday) has been shaping up well on this new surface here and is interesting with a promising 7 lb claimer now up, while I'm Mable was impressive at Chelmsford and has an obvious shout.

  1. DESERT LIME
  2. UBAHHA
  3. I'M MABLE
