Verdict

Lots with chances but DIOCLES OF ROME is weighted to go very close after an excellent third at Doncaster a week ago and he has the scope for futher progress on the back of a light campaign thus far this season. Recent Kempton scorer La Maquina heads the list of dangers, although C&D winner Marshal Dan and the lightly-raced Epic Endeavour are also well worth a second look in a very open handicap.

  1. DIOCLES OF ROME (IRE)
  2. LA MAQUINA
  3. MARSHAL DAN (IRE)
