Verdict

LUGNAQUILLA has shown promise on both starts and can come good at the third time of asking, perhaps at the main expense of Dermot Weld's Galway runner-up Ciel D'afrique. Aidan O'Brien's Silver Fox had an excuse last time and also merits respect, while his well-bred stablemate Palm Beach would also need considering if the betting speaks in his favour.
