Verdict

A difficult race to pick an obvious winner and a tentative nod goes to HARDY MAN who had some fair point-to-point form earlier in his career and his hurdling has generally been sound. One of his better efforts came last time out when not beaten too far in a handicap at this course. Subset is still looking for his first place finish after 10 starts over hurdles. Hardly inspiring stuff but his best effort did come recently at Kilbeggan when not beaten far in a handicap. Be My Hero is respected given his trainer though his racecourse form is even below what is probably needed to win this.
  1. Hardy Man
  2. Subset
  3. Be My Hero
