Verdict

BATTAASH looks set to make it third time lucky in this race having only found Godolphin's Blue Point too good in recent seasons. The stiff finish at this venue isn't ideal for him and he's produced his very best on speed tracks such as Goodwood/York but he's still going to be hard to beat with a repeat of his efforts in recent years. Glass Slippers is the obvious danger if she's progressed from three to four having won the Prix De L'Abbaye when last seen in France. It didn't work out for Well Done Fox last year but he might be a different proposition as a four-year-old and he was an exciting sprinter as a juvenile.
  1. Battaash

  3. Well Done Fox
