Verdict

TRUEBA won for the second time in his career when landing a 7f handicap on the AW at Dundalk in March off a 4lb higher mark and can continue his progression in this contest on return to action. The four-year-old can take advantage of the light rise in the weights to hold off the attentions of his nearest pursuers in the shape of the solid and consistent Mulzamm for trainer Denis Hogan and Silk Cravat, who has been running well in defeat in a number of starts on the AW at Dundalk over the winter. The Charles O'Brien-trained Rain Or Shine and Very Smart in first time cheekpieces can compete for remaining prize money.
