Verdict

GOOD EARTH was hardly progressive last season but did show ability in seven starts. The Acclamation gelding was second in a 6f Pontefract maiden on penultimate start and a subsequent Southwell run is best forgotten. If getting away in the lead Nicola Currie's mount might be hard to peg back on Polytrack bow having this second crack at the minimum trip (unable to make running last time). Well-bred newcomer Breakfast Club must be respected, particularly if the market speaks strongly. Fellow debutante Diligent Lady needs a look while Jaaneh shouldn't be long in leaving her juvenile form behind.
