Verdict

Emiyn for Dermot Weld and Lough Cutra for Ger Lyons showed plenty of promise when taking minor honours in the autumn on their sole appearance last term. They are well bred too. However, a chance is taken that RUSSIAN EMPEROR can overcome the longer absence since his only run as a two-year-old, such was the promise demonstrated by Aidan O’Brien’s charge that day, although he was also reportedly struck into. Several newcomers to note include Legal Reform for Jim Bolger.
  1. Russian Emperor
  2. Emiyn
  3. Lough Cutra
