Verdict

The Gigginstown House Stud-owned FAVORI DE CHAMPDOU finished an encouraging second of six at Fairyhouse last month and can get off the mark for leading connections at the third time of asking. Run For Oscar for trainer Charles Burns and the Willie Mullins-trained Fais Ton Chemin are both expected to better their debut efforts while interesting newcomer, Ajero is a half-brother to the solid and consistent Charbel and is worthy of consideration as post time approaches with Jamie Codd in the plate.
