Verdict

Formerly with trainer George Scott the daughter of Exceed And Excel, MY EXCELSA can get off the mark at the sixth time of asking on her third start at this venue. The three-year-old has run with credit in defeat over 5f/6f in a couple of starts last month and can land the spoils here at the expense of the Denis Hogan-trained Sceptical who ran well on debut over 5f here late last month and is likely to appreciate the step up in trip. The Henry De Bromhead pair Abanica and Eastern Star look well ahead of the rest of the competition.
