Verdict

The Johnny Murtagh-trained PROSECUTION looked to be coming back to form when running El Tren to 1L in a 19-runner handicap at the Curragh last month. The five-year-old can land the spoils at the expense of the Jessica Harrington-trained For Your Eyes who ran well in defeat over C&D earlier this month finishing second of 14 behind Tartlette. Latchet for trainer Leanne Breen continues in good form and the Mick Halford-trained Gougane Barra is not easily discounted. Regular frame hitters at this venue, Royal Admiral and California Lad can be considered lively outsiders.
