Verdict

Punchestown Champion bumper third BEACON EDGE wasn't far off the top bumper performers in the country last season and Noel Meade's youngster is fancied to make a winning start for Tu Va stables and Gigginstown House. Willie Mullins record with French imports is incredible and in Ego Des Mottes who probably got outstayed when second at Galway he has another sure-fire future winner. Three-time bumper winner Shanroe is also considered.
  1. Beacon Edge
  2. Ego Des Mottes
  3. Shanroe
