Verdict

ALQAMAR ought to be winning this if he is to justfiy his entries in the Derby and the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot. The step up in trip should be in his favour and first-time cheekpieces could see him in a better light. It's very likely that Swiftsure is better than what he has shown so far and he could be a different proposition this year. Brimham Rocks has only been put up 7lb for a recent win and should give a good account provided he doesn't mind the slower surface.
  1. Alqamar
  2. Swiftsure
