Verdict

Course specialist Archipeligo is one to check in the market having had a few runs back from an absence which have seen him drop to a lenient mark. For now it may pay to concentrate on those who have proven their wellbeing. Star Ascending was a game winner here last time but he looked on the wrong side of the handicapper that day and even more so now in what looks a stronger race. Pour L'Amour has done better since dropping into this grade and her yard are going well. RECKLESS WAVE hails from a yard that have done well here during the winter. They have a good line on the form for this with Smiley Bagel having beaten some of her more dangerous looking rivals. She was given a lot to do on her first attempt at this trip last time. Ed Walker's filly has looked progressive and, with her trainer having an above average record with break returners, she is the one to beat.
  1. Reckless Wave
  2. Pour L'amour
  3. Star Ascending
