Seasons Greetings From Hexham Bookmakers Mares' Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Has improved since joining Jennis Candlish, winning a Worcester handicap and C&D novice this autumn. Beaten at odds on the last twice but she's run close to form. A double penalty shouldn't prevent another bold bid.

Telescope filly who showed ability when sixth in a Newcastle bumper in December but no impact as yet over hurdles. More one for handicaps.

Point winner who made the ideal start under Rules when landing a 5-runner bumper at Perth in September. Not up to a Cheltenham listed bumper last month but has found a winnable race on hurdle debut.

Reached the frame in bumper last winter. Ran to only a modest level when sixth on 21f Warwick hurdle debut and reappearance in October. Down in trip. May do better.

Improved effort in bumpers when third at Sedgefield in October but well beaten in a maiden hurdle there since.

First promise over hurdles when 9 lengths third in 2m Wetherby novice last month. Has the potential for even better.
