Useful form as a 2yo with best performance coming in the Group 3 Prestige Stakes at Goodwood. Ran well subsequently in Group 1 and 2 company over 1m proving her stamina for this trip; has work to do with Love and Quadrilateral on Fillies' Mile form.

A winner first time out over 7f before running below-par in the May Hill at Doncaster (ran too freely, raced close to strong pace). Bounced back to form in the 7f Rockfel Stakes on this course; looks a good prospect but has a little to find.

Useful sort having won over 5f/7f with her best win coming at Meydan early this year on the dirt. Looks to have been found wanting over 1m when trying the trip in two recent starts on AW surfaces; hard to see her making an impression at this level.

Winner three times as a 2yo but all at sprint trips the last twice in handicaps; yet to try 1m. Best effort when beaten 1/2L in a weak Group 3 at Ayr by Rose Of Kildare, connections look to be tilting at windmills at this level, others preferred.

Beaten just a neck on her final start in France for Jean-Claude Rouget by Dream And Do (French 1000 Guineas winner) in a 7f Group 3. Dual winner prior to that on debut and at Listed level; now with a new yard, interesting to see what she can do.

Sole representative of a yard with a good record in this; thrived during a busy 2yo campaign scoring a Group 1 7f success at the Curragh (third success). Ran with credit in Fillies' Mile (third to Quadrilateral); progress needed to reverse that form.

Smart performer who took three of her five 2yo events culminating in her best performance when beating Raffle Prize in the Group 1 Cheveley Park (6f). Yet to try further than 6f; elements of her pedigree suggest that she should stay; sound chance.

Made rapid progress showing smart form; unbeaten in three starts as a 2yo her 9L demolition on second start paving the way for a narrow victory in the Fillies' Mile (Love and Boomer behind). Scope for further progress, leading player at this level.

Rated the same as Quadrilateral; won three times as a 2yo twice in Group 2 company at 5f/6f. Rounded off the season with two Group 1 runner-up slots over 6f (never been beyond that trip), held by Millisle on last run; needs to prove stamina for 1m.

Given a busy 2yo campaign (2-7) acquitting herself well at Group level without managing a success in that grade. A Listed winner Germany she looks the type to find more success abroad as a 3yo but will surely find this examination far too testing.

The lesser of the two that the stable run she thrived during a busy 2yo campaign scoring five times; rounded of her year with two Group 3 wins over 6f/7f. Would need to progress again to make an impact at this level and yet to prove she stays 1m.

Inexperienced filly who won a backend AW 1m maiden having taken the eye on her debut. Rated inferior to all of these its interesting that her top class yard are willing to throw her in at the deep end on seasonal debut; fascinating contender.

Started favourite on all her four 2yo outings looking a good prospect when taking the first two of those races. Below-par the last twice (showed quirks both times); yet to be tested beyond 6f, doubts about her early form mean she's passed over here.

Caused a 25-1 shock when taking a 6f Group 3 on her second start (marked progress from debut); ran with credit at Group 1 and 2 level subsequently. Stood out on form when landing her last race as a 2yo (valuable sales race); relatively exposed.

66/1
Once-raced filly who won readily on that sole start when taking a 6f AW novice in October (quickened up well). A useful prospect it does take a fair amount of faith to see her making the leap straight into Group 1 company; one for the future.

Forecasts

Quadrilateral (11/4), Love (4/1), Millisle (4/1), Raffle Prize (9/2), Cloak Of Spirits (12/1), Boomer (18/1), Summer Romance (22/1), Shimmering (22/1), Under The Stars (33/1), Rose Of Kildare (33/1), Yes Always (66/1), Les Hogues (66/1), Final Song (100/1), Romsey (200/1), Graceful Magic (200/1)

Verdict

With Aidan O’Brien having won three of the last four 1000 Guineas his sole representative Love must be respected although with seven runs last year she may not have that much scope for progress and her conqueror that day QUADRILATERAL is preferred. Plenty went wrong for the daughter of Frankel on that occasion before she quickened up smartly to take the spoils; she looks to have plenty of scope as a 3yo. Millisle the Cheveley Park winner may be the bigger danger although her stamina is not assured. Raffle Prize is another who needs to prove her endurance for this trip as does her stablemate Rose Of Kildare. Shimmering and Les Hogues are two fascinating bigger-priced contenders to consider.
