Rugby World Cup preview podcast with England World Cup winner Dorian West and finalist Mark Cueto

England 2003 World Cup winner Dorian West and 2007 finalist Mark Cueto join us for our Rugby World Cup podcast as we preview the tournament in Japan.

Sale Sharks forwards coach West and the club's commercial manager and record try scorer Cueto share their memories from their own World Cup experiences, giving unique insight into what England's players will go through over the next two months.

Dorian and Mark, joining host Gareth Jones, explain what it takes to reach the World Cup final and lift the William Webb Ellis trophy, explaining the importance of managing your downtime while away for such a prolonged period.

The trio believe it will be the most open World Cup to date and discussion all four of the home nations and their prospects of winning the tournament, while debating if anyone can topple reigning champions New Zealand.

We focus on England's preparations and how Eddie Jones has built his squad, while looking at who the key men will be if they are to be successful in Japan - watch a snippet below on England's chances

They also highlight the players that could star at the tournament, including Sale's South African star scrum half Faf de Klerk.
