Verdict

A belated and much-deserved first taste of success could be in the offing for MAN IS KING, who put in another very good shift from the front when going down narrowly over C&D last month. Morning Approach scored in good style here last time and while she isn't an obvious type to follow up, the 7-y-o will be a threat off this 9 lb higher mark if in a similar mood. Nedita, also successful in a C&D handicap on the same card in December, is third choice ahead of Trishuli River.
