Verdict

BALLAGH STAR made a winning chase debut in a Sligo handicap in October and subsequently shaped far better than his finishing position would suggest at Fairyhouse. He is of interest back hurdling (off the same mark as when scoring at Sligo) and gets the nod ahead of He Fitz In, who posted his best effort for a while when second at Tramore recently. Hatfield Hammer and Milanaway have both been knocking on the door and also enter calculations, along with Le Malin.

  1. BALLAGH STAR (IRE)
  2. HE FITZ IN (IRE)
  3. HATFIELD HAMMER (IRE)
