Verdict

The vote goes to BURDETT, who didn't do much wrong when third in a 16-runner affair at Ascot last month and this 3-y-o could still be on a good mark. Boardman has been given a chance by the handicapper and, judged on recent efforts, he appears to be coming back to the boil, while Finn's Charm is also of strong interest back in calmer waters. David O'Meara is likely to find the key to French-import Mirsky before long and he is another for the shortlist.

  1. BURDETT (IRE)
  2. BOARDMAN
  3. FINN'S CHARM
