Verdict

BONA FORTUNA showed promise in his two starts as a juvenile and improved when making it third time lucky on return in a Brighton maiden last month, which was his first run having been gelded (also first run following a wind op). A strong-looking sort with an attractive pedigree, he should have more to offer now handicapping and shades preference ahead of the hat-trick seeking Sixties Chic and Watchya, who took a step back in the right direction at Epsom recently. Nogo's Dream also has claims.

  1. BONA FORTUNA (IRE)
  2. SIXTIES CHIC
  3. WATCHYA
