Verdict

TARBAT NESS has won just one of his 17 starts but he has shaped well in the handicaps won by Ney at Catterick and Ripon the last twice, leaving the impression that his turn is very near. The 5-y-o is taken to deliver on that promise back on a stiffer track, and prevent his old rival from completing the hat-trick in the process. Bonne Vitesse will appreciate this step back up in trip and she is third choice.

  1. TARBAT NESS
  2. NEY (IRE)
  3. BONNE VITESSE (IRE)
