Verdict

Plenty of potential on show but there was lots to like about the Chepstow debut bumper success of JURANCON so David Pipe's winning pointer gets the vote. Paul Nicholls' Kap Boy also made a successful start at the Welsh track and commands plenty of respect along with a clutch of newcomers Doctor Kildare, Jafimgoso, Job and The Expensive One in an intriguing bumper.

  1. JURANCON (FR)
  2. KAP BOY (FR)
  3. DOCTOR KILDARE (FR)
