Verdict

ILIKO D'OLIVATE wasn't disgraced in quite a hot novice at Ascot last month, especially considering how quickly he was turned out after a hardish race at Sandown, so he's well worth another chance to get back on the up. The Carpenter showed a good attitude to prevail on his hurdling debut/return at Exeter and is open to improvement, as is Fontwell-scorer Sound And Fury, who promises to be suited by this longer trip.
