Verdict

Plenty with chances but the vote goes to ALWAYS BUSY, who looks an interesting contender for a stable going better now than it has for most of the season. He was a ready winner of a 2m Warwick novice hurdle in November, form which has worked out well, and although he couldn't repeat that performance at Chepstow 11 weeks later, that should have brought him on and he promises to be suited by the step up in trip on handicap debut. Hermino AA and Gwennie May Boy are also shortlisted.

  1. ALWAYS BUSY (IRE)
  2. HERMINO AA (FR)
  3. GWENNIE MAY BOY (IRE)
