Verdict

OUR POWER is a second-season chaser with the potential for better still over 3m and he made the perfect return when landing a good pot at Ascot in October. Unlucky in this 12 months ago behind Cap du Nord, he can progress again with victory. Last year's winner is poised for another big run again under a penalty for last Saturday's Ascot triumph. Saint Calvados is interesting back under Harry Cobden, while 2021-winner Clondaw Castle and the admirable Frodon could rightly be popular too.
