Verdict

HAKU and Victory March both appeal as horses to keep onside in the short term, but preference here is narrowly for Mark Loughnane's gelding, who actually goes from a lower mark than for last week's Kempton win with a 7 lb claimer taking over in the saddle. Victory March hasn't been out of the first 2 since joining Seb Spencer's yard from Ireland, with Soaring Star capable of completing the placings.
