Verdict

ROGER RAREBIT went like the best horse at the weights when runner-up at Ffos Las on his reappearance 18 days ago and is an appealing candidate having only been raised 2 lb for that run. Guguss Collonges posted a good second in a race working out well at Stratford 4 weeks ago, so has to be shortlisted, along with Gorcombe Moonshine, who wasn't disgraced from well out of the handicap at Fontwell, and The Imposter.

  1. ROGER RAREBIT
  2. GUGUSS COLLONGES (FR)
  3. GORCOMBE MOONSHINE
