Verdict

Though rather disappointing at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago, SHOWMAN is well worth another chance given that he appeared to be heading in the right direction prior to that. Indeed, he went close on his penultimate start at Kempton (also performed well when fourth here in August) and dropping back to this trip could be just the ticket. By Your Side did the job well when in an amateur riders' event at Musselburgh and he is next on the list ahead of Nonsuch Lad.

  2. BY YOUR SIDE
  3. NONSUCH LAD (IRE)
