Verdict

This is likely to rest between promising 3-y-os OKEECHOBEE and Educator. The latter is greatly respected on the strength of his Newmarket reappearance success in the spring, for all that his subsequent absence raises questions. However, Okeechobee has the look of a colt going places given the style of his performances on the all-weather and he is taken to complete the hat-trick on his handicap debut. Belloccio may prove the pick of the two 4-y-os.
