Verdict

Willie Mullins has saddled three of the last five winners of this handicap and FAROUT could be the pick of the yard's seven entries this time round. He shaped well on his first run in this sphere since October 2020 when fifth over 1½m at Leopardstown, leaving the distinct impression that a stiffer test such as this would be right up his street. Echoes In Rain is another big player for the Mullins yard and is feared most ahead of likely improver Dutch Schultz and British raider Winterwatch.
