Verdict

Though TULANE was below par in the Kempton handicap won by Smart Boyo last time, he will have every chance if able to reproduce the form of his breakthrough success there in January. Richard Phillips' charge had Frame Rate back in third on that occasion, yet meets that rival on better terms here. Frame Rate should give another good account all the same, but Ghostly is feared most having returned to form when going close here 10 days ago.
