Forecasts

English Spirit (15/8), Pope Gregory (11/2), Power On (6/1), Odd Socks Havana (15/2), Pink Jazz (10/1), Well Prepared (11/1), Nine Elms (14/1), Last Mission (14/1), Mighty Fine (22/1), Makyon (25/1), Elusive Artist (40/1), Sea Fern (125/1)

Verdict

ENGLISH SPIRIT remains a maiden following a dozen attempts, but he was arguably unlucky not to have put that right at Lingfield last week and the 4-y-o is taken to gain a deserved first success off the same mark here. Next on the list is Pope Gregory, who landed a C&D selling handicap last month prior to going close in an amateur riders' event at Salisbury. Pink Jazz is interesting on debut for new yard off a lowly mark and his stablemate Power On also enters calculations.

  1. ENGLISH SPIRIT
  2. POPE GREGORY
  3. PINK JAZZ (IRE)
