Verdict

An ultra competititve sprint, but C&D scorer NOMADIC EMPIRE ended 2021 on the up and was unlucky not to make a winning return when suffering a poor run at Ripon so gets the vote. Count d'Orsay is a long time without a success but is knocking firmly on the door and heads the list of dangers, with the thriving Asadjumeirah also well in the mix. Punchbowl Flyer, Woven and Bergerac all figure high on the shortlist too.

  1. NOMADIC EMPIRE (IRE)
  2. COUNT D'ORSAY (IRE)
  3. ASADJUMEIRAH
