FAIR MINDED wasn't beaten far in a big-field Punchestown handicap on New Year's Eve and this represents a good opportunity for the 8-y-o to resume winning ways. Hide Out was starting to beat a retreat when falling 2 out in that Punchestown race, but it was a fair effort nevertheless and he merits respect. However, Five Buttons has low-mileage and is feared most on his second start in a handicap.
