Verdict

KILLANE still looked rough around the edges when scoring on his handicap debut at Ayr and while this is a tougher assignment he has gone up just 4 lb and further improvement should be forthcoming. Donald McCain's charge is marginally preferred to Unit Sixtyfour, who could himself be about to take a step forward now pitched into a handicap. Thundersockssundae and Mandalayan are others to consider.
