Verdict

DARK NOTE showed plenty to work on when fourth in a heavy-ground maiden at Tipperary last month, just finding the test a bit too much at this stage of his development, and should do better under these conditions. Together Aclaim and Action Motion also showed potential first-time out and are others to consider.
