Forecasts

Gherkin (5/2), Red Alert (7/2), Queen Of Burgundy (4/1), Spreadsheet (9/2), Cappananty Con (15/2), Jack Ryan (10/1), Sparkling Diamond (20/1), Ghepardo (28/1), The Lacemaker (33/1)

Verdict

GHERKIN failed to land a meaningful blow in Class 5 company at Chepstow last time, but he's of strong interest now back down in grade, particularly given that his sole previous visit here resulted in a C&D success. For all that he's none too predictable, Spreadsheet has to be taken seriously in current form and Jim Boyle's charge is next on the list ahead of Red Alert and Queen of Burgundy.
