Verdict

MAKASHI belied his long odds when an excellent second at Doncaster earlier in the month and is taken to go one better now venturing into handicaps off an attractive-opening mark. Both Realist and Balearic look to have better days ahead of them too though, and are greatly feared in an open handicap, while Baby Alya is another who needs considering.
