GENERAL CLERMONT posted a good second in a soundly-run handicap at this course last month and a reproduction of that form could easily be good enough to see him go one better here. Kilkenny Star remains open to improvement after shaping as if better for the run on her recent return to action at Limerick, while Karakhan and Saucy Years are others worth considering.
