Verdict

Had NOBLE MASQUERADE enjoyed better luck at Nottingham on last month's reappearance, it's likely that he would've given eventual winner Billhilly (successful again since) plenty to think about. This intermediate trip could be just the ticket for Eve Johnson Houghton's charge. Eaglesglen will be a threat if taking to turf, while Carp Kid, Curtiz and Sceptred Isle are others to consider.

  1. NOBLE MASQUERADE
  2. EAGLESGLEN
  3. CARP KID (IRE)
