Verdict

Multiple Flat winner SON OF HYPNOS was beaten a fair way on his recent hurdles debut over this C&D, but he should be all the better for that experience. He is an appealing alternative to Barney Stinson, who sets a good standard judged on his placed efforts in a pair of maidens at Cork in November. Newcomer Sandmall ticks plenty of the right boxes on paper and needs close attention in the betting.

  1. SON OF HYPNOS (IRE)
  2. BARNEY STINSON (IRE)
  3. SANDMALL (IRE)
