Mark Of Gold (9/4), Mr Top Hat (7/2), Lovers' Gait (7/2), North Point (4/1), More Than A Prince (13/2), Dartington (10/1), Junoesque (10/1), Uther Pendragon (11/1)

Verdict

A case can be made for a few of these but the most persuasive one is for MR TOP HAT who has been in top form since the restart and is taken to go one better after an excellent recent second at Windsor. Mark of Gold is much less exposed so rates a big threat on the back of his good Pontefract runner-up spot, while North Point is another lightly-raced 3-y-o to consider in an intriguing handicap.

  1. MR TOP HAT
  2. MARK OF GOLD
  3. NORTH POINT
