Gallipoli (4/1), True Blue Moon (5/1), Gabrial The Saint (13/2), Asdaa (7/1), Powertrain (7/1), Spirit Warning (15/2), Baby Steps (8/1), Aces (9/1), Penwortham (9/1), King Of Tonga (10/1), Hesslewood (10/1), Lincoln Park (12/1), Finoah (16/1), Reputation (20/1)

Verdict

Both Baby Steps and C&D winner Lincoln Park like to go forward and that should ensure a fair pace with both having reasonable draws to work with. Ian Williams has won this twice before but neither of his duo Reputation or Aces look in the best of form currently and this may go the way of another trainer who is multiply represented, Richard Fahey. Of his trio GALLIPOLI looks to have a leading chance based on his Sandown third with his dual course winning pair, Penwortham and Gabrial The Saint scuppered by their draws. True Blue Moon is certainly on the shortlist after his York display last time looking nicely weighted on his earlier form.
  1. Gallipoli
  2. True Blue Moon
  3. Lincoln Park
