Raced wide tracked leaders, dropped to 4th 7f out, pushed along 3f out, ridden and hampered entering final furlong, soon edged right and chased winner, not quicken towards finish op 9/1 tchd 10/1
Steadied start, close up in 4th, went 3rd 7f out, ridden over 2f out, edged left entering final furlong, short of room inside final furlong, hampered close home op 7/2
Enemy (11/10), Star Of Wins (11/4), Louganini (10/3), Nova Roma (5/1), Native Tribe (8/1), Kingbrook (8/1)
Just the five runners left but this is competitive. ENEMY briefly got caught for toe and lacked racing room when a fast-finishing second over C&D 17 days ago. The way he galloped to the line will give confidence to Oisin Murphy now and, in this small field, there shouldn't be any hard luck stories. He can defy top-weight. The improving pair of Louganini and Star Of Wins can give him most to fear, though any market traction for Kingbrook should be heeded.
