Verdict

Fair contest for the grade with some old rivals meeting again not least Twin Appeal and Kentuckyconnection who clash again after finishing second and first here last time over slightly shorter. The latter of the duo came out best on that occasion but roles may be reversed over this slightly longer trip. C&D winner Bottom Bay has scope for further progress being lightly raced and looks a danger to HARVEST DAY whose last two runs have shown that she is close to winning once more and ought to get the strongly run race she needs to show her best. She’s taken to reverse Pontefract form with Dancin Boy who can’t be written off despite topweight, he’s run well enough off similar marks in the past.
  1. Harvest Day
  2. Bottom Bay
  3. Dancin Boy
