Ventura Rascal (1/1), Elixsoft (4/1), The Big House (9/2), Inner Circle (5/1), Christmas Night (10/1), Etikaal (10/1), Tadaawol (16/1), Fly True (66/1), Newspeak (125/1)

Verdict

Very few of these grab the imagination as a likely winner with VENTURA RASCAL looking to have a good chance of following up his Catterick win from last time when he did well to see the race out having rallied late on. Prior to that he had been progressing steadily and even off his new mark he should remain competitive. Etikaal would be a danger slipping down the handicap if coming on from his last run with The Big House a danger if allowed a free ride up front from an inside draw despite a new career-high mark. Elixsoft, Inner Circle and Tadaawol all have claims without being outstanding candidates the last-named looking very well handicapped now if he did burst into life.
  1. Ventura Rascal
  2. Etikaal
  3. The Big House
